- If the product is defective (oh, no!) and you would like to return it for an exchange, please fill out the RMA form at http://rma.eagle-techusa.com. It will generate a RMA number that needs to be printed on the outside of the return box. Remember to include a copy of the original sales receipt / invoice as well.
- Eagle Tech Computers, Inc. online RMA system will issuing an R.M.A number after submit the RMA REQUEST FORM from the customer. Any returned products without an RMA number attached from customer will be rejected.
- Clearly indicate the RMA number on the shipping box and put the copy of original invoice and RMA request form into the sipping box.
- Please ship the returned merchandise to EAGLE TECH COMPUTERS, INC. with freight prepaid, and as well as a check enclosed to cover freight for merchandise replaced or fixed.
- All returned merchandise to EAGLE TECH COMPUTERS, INC. must be in resalable condition and not defaced or scratched. The returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with all original manual and accessories.
- Returned merchandise not meeting with the terms mentioned above will be rejected.
- EAGLE TECH COMPUTERS, INC. does not take the responsibility for the refund or change of merchandise which finally to be found that are not in accordance with buyers?demand or fondness.
