Warranty Information

You must accept the following terms and conditions in order to proceed to RMA (located at bottom of the page).

Eagle Tech Computers warrants its products to be free from defects in manufacturing and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year under the following terms and conditions:

Proof of Ownership
The warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original owner of the product. Invoice clearly showing purchase date and model, is required for warranty service.

Length
All products are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Products that have been repaired or replaced by Eagle Tech Computers will be under warranty for the remainder of the warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.

Coverage
The warranty covers only parts and labor of Eagle Tech Computers products. Eagle Tech Computers is not liable for products that have been damaged due to abuse or negligence, nor are we liable for incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, damages resulting from interruption of services and loss of business. Any normal wear and tear that occurs, including, but not limited to, cosmetic damages, is not covered under Eagle Tech Computers warranty. Eagle Tech Computers is only responsible for products manufactured by Eagle Tech Computers and offers no warranties, expressed or implied, for any other products or services.

Limitation of Liability
Eagle Tech Computers is not responsible for incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or under any other legal theory including, but not limited to, lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment and property, and any costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with a system containing your product.

Any liability for consequential and incidental damage is expressly disclaimed by Eagle Tech Computers. Liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed the purchased price.

Non-Warranty
The following are not covered under Eagle Tech Computers warranty:

• Items purchased at clearances, flea markets, garage sales, or through unauthorized distributors. For a list of our partner websites and authorized resellers, please see http://www.eagletechusa.com/Wheretobuy.asp
• Items purchased second-hand.
• Packaging, cases, batteries or accessories included or used with the product.
• Any problems pertaining to cosmetics, unless it is a manufacturing defect.
• Failure to determine if the product is right for your intended purposes.
• Any incidental or consequential damages that occur to products not made by Eagle Tech Computers.
• Shipping charges to Eagle Tech Computers.

The following will void the warranty:

• Any product where the serial number has been modified or removed.
• Damage or failure due to abuse, neglect or usage outside of the intended purpose, failure to read instructions, and acts of God.
• Unauthorized repairs.
• Any non-superficial modifications.
