Eagle Tech warrants its products to be free from defects in manufacturing and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year under the following terms and conditions:
Proof of Ownership
The warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original owner of the product. Invoice clearly showing purchase date and model, is required for warranty service.
Limited Length
Products sold from authorized auction and clearance websites may carry different warranty period than our standard one (1) year period. Please check the warranty period stated on each product offered by such sites.
Products that have been repaired or replaced by Eagle Tech will be under warranty for the remainder of the warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.
Limited Liability
The warranty covers only parts and labor of Eagle Tech products. Eagle Tech is not responsible for incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or under any other legal theory including, but not limited to, lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment and property, and any costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with a system containing your product. Any liability for consequential and incidental damage is expressly disclaimed by Eagle Tech. Eagle Tech is only responsible for products manufactured by Eagle Tech and offers no warranties, expressed or implied, for any other products or services. Liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed the purchased price.
Non-Warranty
The following are not covered under Eagle Tech warranty:
• Shipping charges.
• Items purchased second-hand.
• Packaging, cases, batteries or accessories included or used with the product.
• Any non-superficial modifications or unauthorized repairs.
• Any incidental or consequential damages that occur to products not made by Eagle Tech.
• Any product where the serial number has been modified or removed.
• Damage or failure due to abuse, neglect or usage outside of the intended purpose, failure to read instructions, and acts of God.
• Products sold from authorized auction and clearance websites may carry different warranty period than our standard one (1) year period. Please check the warranty period stated on each product offered by such sites.
